Operations ran between the office, the street and WhatsApp.
Drivers run the day’s route on whatever signal there is, and a scan made offline can’t be lost or counted twice. The route schedule for each distribution center was shared on WhatsApp. And the person waiting for the package had to be able to follow it without creating an account.
On the phone first, in the system after.
Every scan is saved on the phone and synced in the background; the server recognizes a repeated scan and doesn’t count it twice. The route schedule moved into the dashboard, with permissions. For the recipient, a light public view with the driver on the map and the estimated time.
