The company combined immediate support, pre-planning, cremation, burial, wakes, transfers, and repatriation. The challenge was to prioritize each need and guide local and foreign audiences without losing empathy, respect, and human care.

We separated the journeys for immediate need, pre-planning, and international assistance. Then we defined specific messages, content, and calls to action, connecting the web experience, the company’s history, and human support.
